F2F round really sucks.
Few issues:
1) Interviewer knowledge was not up to date with the latest technology.
2) They are not able to relate your answer with the actual one. They are just looking for some specific keywords in your answer. If you are not able to tell that, they will reject you.
3) Interviewer was lacking the knowledge about design principles and patterns. So, if you try to answer the scenario based questions by using some design patterns, they wouldn't be able to understand that.
