I received an email to schedule a phone interview a few days after submitting my application online. I had my phone interview the next day and it lasted approximately 15 minutes. I heard back within a week saying I would not be moving on in the interview process.

Interviewed with HR and was told they wanted a second interview. I followed up a few times to schedule the second interview. I was strung along for a few weeks before I was ultimately ghosted.
