The person interviewing me was a contractor for the role. So that means there is a clash of interest already. Because the candidate that gets the role would be taking the contractor's job. The contractor felt very unprepared themselves, thing is I had this booked 2 weeks in advance so that's no excuse. All interview stages rolled into one. You're not told that but I found that out by the recruiter at the last week.
