I had an interview with two people. The interveiw was okay but they made me do a code test live without enough instructions like if I was okay to Google documentation. I dont perform well on live coding tests. I recieved NO communication after the interview. I followed up with an email to ask about updates but was ignored. This is very impolite and demonstrates a toxic work culture and a strong disrespect to peoples time and effort.
