I applied for Cognolink's RA position through their website, and was contacted about a week later. I had 3 phone conversations with various HR employees, then I was brought in to the NYC office. This round was their "super day" and it was 2 interviews with 2 managers each time. 1 case study where you're asked to name stakeholders of a company in order to then identify the position titles of people you would want to connect their investment clients with.
The interviews were very organized and the people were nice. They are very slow to respond, and are not quick to answer questions during the process. They want the interview process to work on their time, and don't seem to have much respect for the effort you put in, so I wouldn't say I had a great experience. I thought the people were nice and the company was modern, though. I was never offered the role.
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
