Submitted my CV and CL via cognolink's website. Received a request for a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was pretty straightforward - they want to make sure you present well over the phone (keep the "ums" and "uhs" and "likes" to a minimum). My interviewer asked for specific examples of times I failed, worked well in a team, and accomplished something note worthy.
After the phone interview there was an in-person "Super Day" interview in NYC. Several people (4 on my day) interview on the same day. You are separated and two interviewers (1 person from HR and 1 Team Leader) ask you questions. There is one case study (don't freak out about this they just want to make sure you can breakdown a supply chain...use common sense). The second interview is about you, your accomplishments, how you work in a team - I cannot stress enough how important specific examples are!
2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
