Emailed an address given on website with cover letter and CV and heard back within a day or two offering me a telephone interview which was organised with a member of HR team. Interview lasted about 20 minutes with the recruitment manager who asked the same question others have given - transition for school to uni, uni to work life, what does cognolink do, what will your role entail - and a few questions about demonstrating experience of the type of work it would entail. Heard back about a week later that I was not successful with application.

Phone Interview went okay, however they asked a lot of competency based questions so my advise would be to touch up on that. They also asked questions specifically about the company, so research the company well.
