The first-round interview is held on the phone. The interviewer already tells you that they read your resume and therefore won't ask you the usual "walk me though your resume" question. All questions are behavioral, with no technical questions at all. Most of the questions are related to your experience on previous teams, but they also ask you how you would perform the services they offer.
