I applied to Third Bridge for the Associate role and got invited to a pre-screening interview as well as to the first round interview. After the latest, I was supposed to receive a follow-up within 2/3 days and since I did not get any update I followed up with the recruiters. However, they never got back to me.

Good, not that hard.
The interview lasted for twenty to twenty five minutes and was fairly generic. I got cleared for second round of interviews but apparently the role closed down so I had to move on from it.
Good experience with the process. The communication was very clear and quick respons. You also get in advance a lot of information about what the interview is going to be focusing on.

Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult client
generally chill interview with a fair amount of interview questions. The interviewers and the HR were very nice and engaging, and the interview felt like a smooth conversation. Overall really enjoyed the process and the people seemed very welcoming.
