I applied online, and a few months later they called me to schedule a phone interview. It was a standard interview, I highlighted my costumer service experience. I then got into the second round, where I had to travel to New York. They promised to pay for my bus ticket. They never did. The interview itself was a set of regular interview questions, and then a case study, which was very relaxed. But at the end of the day, the job wasn't for me. And I'm still salty about never getting paid back.
