J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Third Bridge (New York, NY) en sept. 2016
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter that said someone will follow up with me sometime during the week. A few days pass and I finally get a call at around 5 o'clock in the afternoon on Friday. A phone interview was scheduled with the VP of sales the following week. During the interview he asked me basic questions about experience. About 10 minutes into the interview all I could hear was him typing my responses. There were 3-4 awkward silences when I would stop speaking. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt but it sounded like he couldn't have been bothered. It was as though it was inconvenient for him to reach out to me. I was informed very promptly the next day they decided to move on with other candidates.
The process was smooth and had three rounds. First round was a telephonic interview to understand the profile. Second round was a 30 min long video meet with the HR to make familiar with job role and some situtional questions.

The interviewer was really quick, seemingly wanting to get it over with instead of having a conversation. they would ask my hypothetical behavioral questions like in X scenario how would you respond or explain a time when X happened
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Explain a time you faced challenges in a team setting
Thank you for sharing your interview experience with others. We are sorry to hear that you felt the interviewer you spoke with seemed to be rushing through the conversation.
This is not the standard we like to hold ourselves to and we have discussed this with the recruiter you met to ensure that this does not happen in future interviews.
Thank you again for your feedback!

There were 2 tasks, one was to identify 5 experts and their contacts based on a case study within 15 minutes . The other was a mock call with an identified expert.
