The second round was a two-person interview that lasted nearly two hours and focused heavily on behavioral questions, with a lot of unnecessary follow-up questions — for example, after asking “Tell us about a time you changed someone’s mind,” they pushed further with questions like “Why do you think your teammates didn’t agree with you at first?” The second half of the interview was a strange case meant to test cold-calling ability, which didn’t assess any relevant skills. The full process took about two hours, and the role itself sounded uninteresting, with poor hours and awful culture.
