Here's my unbiased interview review -(Walk-in Drive- August 2019)
The interview was quite intense
Number of Rounds :- 5
1st Round :-
This is a written programming test. We have to address 3 problem statements in 30 minutes(this can vary). Fairly simple questions if you have done the basics right. More about the questions later.
2nd Round :-
This is the first Face to Face Technical Interview(F2F). The interviewer will be more focused on what skills you have and how many technologies you are familiar with. But fear not, the questions will only be related to your position(Java). Mostly you will deal with core concepts like interface vs abstract class , Collections (not in depth), OOPS concepts. They might ask you to WAP on string manipulation like Reverse a string or find the number of character occurence in the String. Don't worry if you don't get all the answers right , just be courteous and accept what you don't know. I would suggest not to give vague answers because your potential will be judged not your expertise .
3rd Round :-
This is the second F2F Technical Interview. In this round you will deal with all the skills mentioned in your resume. Simple SQL questions :- Joins(types and queries), ACID properties , Normalisation. Core as well as advanced JAVA concepts(if you know) but core concepts should be clear. Immutability, synchronization, Deadlock, advanced concepts like :- Servlet , JS ,JDBC (Not in depth). You may be asked to WAP fora given star pattern.
4th Round :-
This is 3rd Technical F2F. Your logical reasoning will be tested. Water Jug problems, simple star pattern programs. Certain Technical questions on Collections , advanced JAVA(again fairly simple if basics are clear).
5th Round :-
Well if you made it this far then you are almost through. Salary discussion , company policies , bond agreement , etc . Just be courteous and polite and this round should be the easiest.
