There are two rounds of interviews. The first round is hosted by the office manager and a senior M&A analyst. The second round is hosted by CEO himself. The interview doesn't follow a typical procedure, mostly based on your background and your attitudes towards the role you applied for. The company also runs under the name the1 and also has a side project called "Moral Rating Agency". You might be allocated some work from side projects.
