The Interview process consists of four distinct rounds: an initial HR Screening Call, followed by an Assignment Test to evaluate technical capabilities, a Panel Interview with multiple team members, and finally an Interview with the management team to assess strategic alignment and leadership expectations.
- Offline assessment to simulate basic skills you’ll need as a PM (email crafting, kickoff and update decks)
- You’ll simulate an actual client presentation using the documents you drafted offline
