Three stages process, I got to the 2nd stage where I had an interview with a hiring manager. The initial recruiter was very professional in handling my questions and setting the stage for the interview. I followed up a few times to get feedback on the details of the decision. They did respond to me with some useful insights.

Great people and organized process, however, the final round took several hours and was unnecessarily arduous for an individual contributor role. Typically, the style of interviews they used are for high-impact, executive or VP roles. Seems strange to use it for a non-executive leadership role.
