      Entretien

Interview process consists of 2 interviews, both technical - mostly simple java questions and IQ test. They never provided any feedback and ignored my emails. Seems quite unprofessional. I would recommend to avoid this company or consider only if jobless.

      Entretien

Two rounds: technical challenge and onsite I thought the technical challenge was pretty good. It tested my problem solving abilities for a real-world problem (i.e. get a Spring app working). The onsite was weird. It was actually in person, maskless. The technical questions were good and I thought the people I was talking to seemed competent. Totally fine. Then I talked with who would be my direct manager and he was a bit intense but ultimately friendly. I thought we could work together but I was definitely on edge and thought that this might not be the place for me. The third part of the onsite had me talking to a senior manager, and that was where it got weird. First, he refused to shake my hand, both on walking into the interview and leaving. Then he went through the resume and immediately dismissed all my non-work experience (which was about half my experience since I was relatively young). There was other stuff that was generally rude that I can’t recall but I walked out of that interview and told myself I wouldn't accept an offer, just based on the weird vibes I was getting all around. When I got the offer, it was extremely generous, so much so that I sincerely thought about taking it. But I thought about my experience and decided to dig a bit and found the glassdoor reviews. I took those seriously and rejected the job as a result, ultimately taking a slightly lower salary job. Since I joined my new company, I've kept an eye on the glassdoor reviews here and I’m grateful that I did.
