When I first walked in the manager was friendly, and we conducted our interview outside, and it was very generic. But the orientation was really informal. It was a group of three people and we review a power point presentation and each talked about our selves and why we choose the program. It was a little unorganized to me and seem like the hiring manager was winging it.
