There is a one hour phone screen, followed by an in-person interview the following week with the hiring manager for an hour. Part of the one-on-one included a scenario question involving ordering bricks for a building to measure your thought process. After the one-on-one, the hiring manager will bring in the team to ask some questions. Expect every possible BA/QA question in the book although they'll mainly ask questions on how you'd address their problems. This panel interview should run for about 30 to 45 min. If they like you, they'll invite you back for a three day work trial. Expect to work like you're already employed during this three day trial. A week after the three day trial and if they "really" like you, you'll be invited back for another week trial.
Other than that, management is nice and will take you to lunch in an effort to get to know you sometime in the 3 day trial. Nice people. Not an efficient or courteous interview process.
