The HR is good and gives the right instruction. But the hiring manager is more likely to hire slaves. She asked in the interview like to work OT but with no pay or any compensation. Then, I asked if we could work flexible time (eg: late to the office, if OT until very late), and she said cannot also.

The interview process started with an online coding assessment to test problem-solving and algorithmic skills, followed by a technical interview where I was asked to write and explain code. Finally, there was a behavioral round discussing teamwork and past experiences.
