I did two interviews. The recruiter told me I was great! I moved on to the second interview with the person whose position I was gonna take over. He also said I was great and provided me with an assessment. It was a paid assessment because they do not believe in unpaid work. I was told do the assessment, recieve the payment and then I would hear feedback shortly. I finished the assessment by that evening and returned it because I was so eager to move along the process. Everyone made it seem like I was a great fit. It took a month for me to receive payment for the assessment after reaching out multiple times. I also mentioned multiple times in the follow up for the payment how I was looking forward to feedback. I never received any feedback nor a rejection email telling me they decided to move on with someone else. You’d think after almost a month long communication I would have at least gotten that.
