Did two rounds of interviews--recruiter was super helpful, supportive, and friendly throughout the process. Both interviews went really well and things seemed promising; then I got a two-sentence "no thanks" email.

There was lots of back and forth texts from the recruiter with haphazard and incomplete information. The panel interview was interesting but could be anxiety inducing for those not accustomed to being put on the spot by 10 people in a room. General disorganization and poor communication about resources.
