This is my second time applying to this company. The first was a couple years ago. And I wasn't accepted. This time it says it's a job fair and you don't need experience just willing to work the hours. And somehow I don't meet the minimum requirements. This company has unfair hiring practices. And not willing to give people of color a chance and as I see from other reviews I think they are just collecting people's data. Thermo Fischer is a joke
