I had two phone interviews while I was out of state and then a group or panel interview once I returned. The phone interviews were successful but it was hard for all the people on the committee to meet at one time for a conference call so they called me in for a group interview during a time that worked best for me.

Straightforward interview process. There will be two members from the team interviewing. They asked some basic mixed questions from educational background to situation-based questions. They will ask the questions, and you have to answer while they make a note of everything you say in front of them.
