Brief phone screen with HR followed by 5 hours of interviews with hiring manager and other members of leadership team. And then completed ghosted. Zero response to any follow ups.

The hiring process is Well-organized, they were nice,professional. I had Teams interview and received feedback fast. Had one round. Interviewers were the team leader and manager. I would consider IT a great interview
