All of the interviews were over zoom. There was a phone interview with HR. Then a zoom call with the hiring manager. Then a 4-hour panel interview. One of the requirements was to prepare a presentation on one of their products. This whole process of preparing the presentation and interview took a lot of time. I had to take time off and spent days stressing about it. I thought I had done pretty well but, in the end, I was completely ghosted. I emailed a few times, but no one emailed back. I would understand if I hadn't gotten the position. There are a lot of talented people out there. However, it would have been nice if someone told me I didn't get the job. It is a little ironic given that this position is a customer service position, and they stressed the importance of communication in the interviews.
