I applied online on the career site. The process took almost 3 months. There were a few interview sessions, all done virtually. The first round was a talent acquisition phone screening followed by the hiring manager. This was followed by a panel interview with four immediate/ extended team members and the last one was with the HR manager. The talent acquisition manager was responsive throughout the process and answered all the questions that I had. I received the offer letter a week after the last interview. The interviewers were respectful and well prepared. Even though there were a lot of them, all the conversations I had seemed relevant and well meaning.
