Had a one hour video interview with the hiring manager (Global Marketing Director), followed by a two hour face to face meeting with hiring manager, HR and the Senior Vice President of Marketing. After two weeks, I followed up for a update and I was told that I will receive an update "very soon". Nobody contacted me. I followed up again in January (6 weeks later) assuming I had not been successful but wanted closure. I was told that the position had been filled internally. Honestly can't believe that I would be invited for a 2nd round face to face meeting , along with meeting senior leadership, and for them to not even have the courtesy to let me know the outcome or provide feedback given the amount of time and energy that was invested.
