This process was by far the most impersonal I have experienced. Applied on Friday and received an HR email on Monday for an on-demand video "interview". I had 48 hours to complete it and it felt very unnatural. This felt more like a Hollywood audition tape rather than an interview for an analytics position. The rejection came within 24 hours but again, this whole process was missing the human aspect that it made me feel like I was just a number rather than a person.
