The interview process started with a phone screen interview for an hour, and then they scheduled an in depth Teams interview with two other recruiters. The phone screen went over more general questions and the in depth will be more behavioral

The interview process was so quick and professional! I felt connected to the therapists and felt they interviewed me well so that I got to know them/the company as they got to know me. I feel confident in this company as asking the hard questions to find good therapists!
