Two round process. The phone interview is very easy and then you have to provide four job references as if they are going to hire you. They invite you to the second video which is video with two people who are both working from home. They take long pauses in between questions and it’s very awkward. Very difficult interview. Repetitive questions and last about a hour wanting you to describe different situations in past jobs.
