We started talking about the goals and motivations of each side of the conversation, to make sure that we were a good match in terms of intentions and passion. As I thought first that it was a software engineer postion from the offer title I wasn't thinking that it would be a full-stack position instead and clearing that out for me did both of the sides a big favor.

The process is of 6 steps in total. Each one getting harder than the previous one. The first one is an online technical test (on programming), the second is HR , the third one is logical puzzle, then TDD test, then an on-site technical test with CTO , then a final test with the CEO (not technical).
