The interviewers were friendly and courteous. The entire interview took about an hour or two from start to finish as different employees introduced themselves and asked questions. The interview questions themselves were somewhat unique, so I can see how it might be difficult for some people to prepare for the actual interview.

Interviewed with two people. Mostly talked about Customer Service and how to interact with people and talked about company culture. Old online video depiction of "party all the time" atmosphere is not accurate. They take supporting customers seriously.

Such a highly-desirable company to work for, you must wait for the opportunity to even apply for these jobs. You first do a series of on-line tests but if you are lucky enough to be called for an interview, you will meet some of the nicest people ever.
