I applied online and got a phone call for interview after two weeks. The guy interviewed me was very nice. He asked me about myself. What do you know about YMCA. Then asked questions based on my resume. The interview was relatively quick, about 15 minutes at most. After the interview, he also gave me a quick tour in YMCA.

There wasno difficult questions, only basic interview questions.
The intervejw process was very easy, minimal preparation needed. It was done over zoom so that was convenient. They only asked a few questions and it lasted about 15 minutes

Entretien
Standard , applied in online and received a first screen interview by phone. At the end of the call I was invited to an in person interview. After the in person interview they advised I would receive an offer.

Very nice people! It was straight forward and a relaxed atmosphere. It wasn’t too long of an interview but make sure you get all your questions answered! It took about a week to get the initial call in
