Phone Screening was great and informative. Next step was a remote technical interview with 2 engineers, virtual white-boarding. The interviewers during step 2 were unprepared and unprofessional. The prep instructions given to me prior were completely different that what actually happened. Spent 80% of the interview downloading software, troubleshooting my dev environment, etc. Interviewers were visibly annoyed even though I explained that I was fully prepared according the the instructions given prior.
In my opinion the interviewers should have rescheduled after they noticed this miscommunication. Instead they were condescending and mostly silent while they watched me update software on my computer for 30min. Told me I should have used a different computer, etc instead of saying they should have been prepared and sent actual requirements. The attitude of the interviewers was disappointing since I really liked my conversation with the hiring manager a few days prior
