The interview process was panel-style, with four members of staff taking turns asking questions. The questions covered a range of topics from my own values and work ethic to particular gallery concerns. I was asked about why I applied to work at the Wallace Collection. The whole process was quick and streamlined. HR and managers are very responsive via email and phone.
