Spend about 5-10 minutes on an interview, ask you basic questions for capability and experience, ask when you can get started (Preferably ASAP), bring you into work before doing anything formal like an offer of employment or a contract. Verbally agree on terms like weekly maximum hours, compensation and days off. Start you off on a much lower salary than advertised saying it'll increase based on performance. Probably assign you to a different job than what you signed up for saying you'll have to work towards it.
