Went through 3 rounds of interview - first with the HR consultancy firm, then with the program lead and finally with the country head. The first round was to broadly assess whether the candidate fulfills the basic job criteria. The second round was technical, which was to test the understanding of the candidate on the subject. The final round was to understand the value and ethics of the candidate.

I interviewed with two managers in the company. Interview was overall a good experience: I was asked questions relevant to the role and I had the opportunity to ask questions back. However, none of the managers nor the HR team ever reached out to me again after the interview (even if I sent two follow up emails). One would expect at least a rejection message from any employer.
