Placed through an agency, interviewed 3 team members, all technical persons seemed positive. Seemed like there was an immediate need for help, but at the last 1on1 interview, the CTO seemed to not be interested. Got the final feedback that I wasn't "a cultural fit"... a phrase I, and the agency could not understand. Massively disappointing.
