I applied online. 1st round is a 3 hours long online test with a mixed of 5 coding tests and 10 aptitude tests in MCQ. 2nd round is a live coding session with a senior developer to implement some features in an existing app. 3rd round is a live coding session with Director of Technology to create an app similar to one that is created using AI. I managed to implement the functionalities but struggled to make the UI as good looking as the AI's. Could be the reason that I failed.
