J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Rosen Group
Entretien
I had applied on Indeed and received an email a few days later from the CEO where we set up a video interview to further discuss the role. She opened the call in pajamas and could not figure out how to use the mic on the chat so we transferred it to a phone call. From there, the phone call was less than 15 minutes where she barely asked me about my experience and allowed me time to ask her questions about the role. She cut me off halfway through my questions and was rushing me off the phone. She then told me that she was going to send over a writing exercise and that was the end of the interview process.. When I asked her about the company culture she replied, "We all like each other for the most part." ... Do what you want with this information but the entire hiring process at Rosen Group was unprofessional and quite frankly a waste of time. I typically like to research companies and look them up on Glassdoor and I decided to give this agency the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong.

The interview process is quick and easy. There are only 2 interviews; 1 with the company admin and 1 with the CEO. Both (in my case) were done virtually and I didn’t meet the team in person until my first day.

I applied on Indeed and a few days later the CEO emailed me that she was impressed by my resume and wanted to do a phone interview. I could tell during the phone interview she seemed kind of rude, but I still went and did an in-person interview a few days later. I got bad vibes the second I walked in the building. The building seemed haunted, the floors were creaking, and the building was very old and not maintained well. The office was all white, not a touch of any other color, and there were no windows at all... It just didn't seem like a good work environment. The entire interview I couldn't wait to leave, the CEO was rude and I could tell she didn't like me. She was very snobby and stuck up- not someone I would ever want to work for.
