It was a 2 step process. I interviewed with the Operations Manager and then the CEO. The interview with the manager went well and seemed more formal. The interview with the CEO was awkward. I don't think he has had any experience with the interview process. I was asked personal questions that are not supposed to be asked by an employer. The interview process can be a bit uncomfortable anyway but this part was just off.
