I applied for this position from Linkedin and was asked to finish two assessments. After finishing the assessments, the recruiter contacted me and asked a lot of questions (over 10+). It is basically a Q & A session instead of communication. Then I was asked to take the interview with the hiring manager. I was asked the same question again. They still asked me a bunch of behavioral questions. In the so-called Super Day interview, I spent 5 hours on the interview. If you interview FANNG, their final interviews will only last a few hours. It's totally an unbelievable and weird interview for me. For the engineering positions, I spent three hours on behavioral interviews again! The only tech questions I was asked are only one easy SQL question and how to optimize the SQL. For an engineering position, they never ever tested my coding ability.
