I was interviewed by my current manager. My current position was looking for people who are willing to participate and learn the workings of a lab. We had a really nice discussion about all the research the faculty was currently working on. I asked a lot of questions about her work and she was genuinely happy to share her knowledge.

It was a recorded online video interview. There was no live interviewer. I recorded my responses to questions about my background, previous experience, relevant skills, and interest in the program.

They ask why are you interested and to express your passion. There was a nice a friendly environment and they were asking lots of question and what you want to do with your degreee
