Conducted via Zoom due to COVID. Two rounds over about four weeks. First was with local hiring manager and their team. Second was broader with colleagues from around the business unit. Offer letter was prepared promptly after their decision. After decision and acceptance, HireRight background check took about two weeks.

Prepared questions but interview was conversational. Questions were on point for the job and I was easily able to work in my prepared remarks. Fitting in to the TNC is highly important so it is critical to have an answer to "Why do you want to work here?"
