Applied online and about a month later was sent a questionnaire to fill out and submit. A week later I had a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter to go over my background and experience. I was then moved on to the next stage where I had a video call with 2 people from the department that lasted about 45 minutes. They asked questions very similar to what was on the questionnaire but a little more in depth. I was told a few days later they were moving forward with other candidates with more direct experience. The recruiter was incredibly transparent, kept me up to date and informed me of any updates as soon as she knew, and was so nice to work with. Although I didn't get the job, every person I met with was incredibly nice and respectful.
