I applied online, got an email for an interview about a month later with the scientist I would work with. It was a brief 20-25 minute Skype interview followed by calls to all three references.

Elaborate on your previous experience (mentioned in your resume).
The interview was conducted over the phone. The interviewer did not ask many technological questions, but asked why I want to join the organization. The entire interview was less than 15 minutes.
