Online strengths assessment followed by a 40 minute strengths-based interview on site two weeks later with both of the Welcome & Service Team Managers. Received their decision 2-3 days later.

Using a variety of team building and personal questions, they see how you work independently and as a team. The interview is split into two parts, one in which you have with only the hiring team, and the other in which you work alongside the other candidates.
