Met with Michael who was very personable, transparent, and attentive to my needs. He then referred me to his superior who owned the lead. She was very precise in what the needs required to fulfil the role were. She provided helpful links and suggested reading to prepare. She also shared some feedback she received from the employer on previous candidates who had interviewed but were unsuccessful. This allowed me to tailor my approach accordingly in order to demonstrate what I could offer.
