There are three rounds. First is an HR phone interview. This is followed by an online interview with a director (questions are mainly about motivations). The last is trial teaching where you’ll be given materials to prepare.

Individual interview where I was asked to go to the centre and conduct a micro-teaching session, before being asked about questions related to why I want to teach and when I can start
One-on-one interview with subject head. They are very transparent with the operations and the challenges/difficulties of the job. The questions are very predictable and easy to prepare. The interview lasted for an hour.
